At The Sage Colleges, a woman's undergraduate college is joined by a coeducational college of professional studies, a bachelor's degree completion program for working adults, and a graduate school offering master's and doctoral degrees. Sage is an independent, comprehensive university with two four-year colleges -- Russell Sage College for women in Troy and the co-educational Sage College of Albany -- plus Sage Graduate School, which operates on both campuses. Through the Sage After Work program, working adults with substantial college credits or an associate's degree can earn a bachelor's degree while balancing work and family life. The result is a rich array of educational choices, including 63 undergraduate degrees, 24 master's degrees and three doctoral degrees. Among these are the Capital Region's only degree programs in interior design, legal studies, information design, nutrition, occupational therapy, physical education, and forensic mental health. Sage is also the only institution offering doctorates in physical therapy, nursing science, and educational leadership.
